電子繳費流程 Electronic Payment Process

學校已為學生於eClass平台開設繳費戶口，簽署繳費通告會自動扣除相關款項，因此家長此前需為戶口增值，家長可選擇利用以下任何一個方式為子女之賬戶增值，下表列出兩種方式之比較：

The school has opened payment accounts for students on the eClass platform. Signing payment notice will automatically deduct the corresponding amount. Therefore, parents need to add value to the account beforehand. Parents can choose to use any of the following methods to add value to their kid's account. The following table lists the comparison between the two methods:

開立戶口 Open Account
【繳費靈方法 PPS Method】需到「繳費靈熱點」開立戶口搜尋熱點網址： ppshk.com/hkt/prt/Web/ You need to open an account at "PPS Hotspot" Search the hotspot website: ppshk.com/hkt/prt/Web/	【便利店方法 Store Method】不需要 Unnecessary
增值方法 Add Value Method
【繳費靈方法 PPS Method】 1. 電話，致電18033 2. 網上，登入繳費靈網頁戶口 1. Telephone, dial 18031 2. Online, log in to PPS website account	【便利店方法 Store Method】親身到以下商店： 1. OK 便利店 2. 華潤萬家超市 3. VanGO 便利店（注意：~~7-11便利店~~不接受增值） Go to the following stores in person: 1. OK convenience store 2. China Resources Vanguard supermarket 3. VanGO convenience store (Note: ~~7-11 convenience store~~ do not accept adding value)

電子繳費常見問題 FAQ about Electronic Bill Payment

為何已經轉賬成功，但學生電子帳戶仍然出現結餘不足？
1. 於截數時間前增值，可於下一個工作天下午1:00後於網上查閱增值款額；
2. 於截數時間後增值，可於第二個工作天下午1:00後於網上查閱增值款額。
3. 「繳費靈」公司之截數時間：
  1. 電話或網上增值：星期一至五，每天下午7:00。
  2. 便利店增值：星期一至五，每天下午5:00。
在學期結束時，學生帳戶仍有結餘，餘額可否退還？
1. 學期終結時，學生帳戶的餘款會保留至下學年使用。
若忘記了繳費靈戶口號碼或密碼，該如何處理？
1. 請帶同之前申請「PPS繳費靈」的提款卡，到任何一部繳費靈終端機，用「複查戶口」的功能，便可取回你的繳費靈戶口號碼。

Why is there insufficient balance in the student electronic account after the transfer was successful?
1. If you add value before the cut-off time, you can check the add value amount online after 1:00 pm on the next working day;
2. If you add value after the cut-off time, you can check the add value amount online after 1:00 pm on the second working day.
3. Cut-off time of the "PPS" company:
  1. Telephone or online add value: Monday to Friday, 7:00 pm every day.
  2. Convenience store add value: Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm every day.
At the end of the semester, if the student account still has fund, is the balance refundable?
1. At the end of the term, the balance in the student account will be retained for use in the following academic year.
What should I do if I forget my PPS account number or password?
1. Please bring the ATM card you used to apply for "PPS" to any PPS terminal, and use the "Review Account" function to retrieve your PPS account number.
